Below are documents for the upcoming season.  

Online electronic registration is NOW available (with credit card or ACH).  If you register by setting up Auto Pay, you will not need to submit the HPAC registration forms.  EVERYONE, however, will need to submit a new USA Swimming registration form, along with a $60 check made payable to Illinois Swimming Incorporated.
